Does the computer have internet access?

All of our laptops come with wireless capabilities and we provide a modem, but we do not offer internet service. Many houses do have wireless access now. There is also the availability to connect to TWC speed zone.
Daily Plan for $9.95 - Unlimited access for 24 hours from purchase time.
Weekly plan for $27.95. Unlimited Logins during (7) day period.
30 Day plan for $79.95. Unlimited Logins during (30) day period.

Does the laptop have a modem?

All have modems and/or wireless connectivity.

Do you offer technical support?

We offer technical support 24/7 through IT Department.

What operating system does the computer come with?

Can I load my own software?

Yes. Load any program you want, it will be removed when we clean the computer for the next rental.

Is a security deposit required?

There is NO security deposit required! However, we do require major credit card information to hold your reservation and in case of damage or loss.

Can I write CD’s with this laptop?

Yes you can, and you also watch DVD’s. Writing CD’s is a great way for you to save your important documents.
